If you are having problems connecting, you can direct your network personnel to GoToManage Connection Help.  Additionally, make sure your firewall is configured correctly for GoToAssist and that the designated ports are available.  Additionally, you can try the GoToAssist Connection Wizard (unzip and run the executable).

Currently Known Issues

Norton 360 Identity Protection (on Customer end) - Can cause a black screen if any https secure web pages are open on the Customer PC. Close all web browser pages first before connecting.

Norton Internet Security 2009 - Prevents Unattended Support PC's reconnecting during a Remote Reboot.

Trend Micro Internet Security Pro - Has been found to prevent an Unattended Support session on the first attempts.
