The VisualGA.net software is separated into modules to allow the users to quickly navigate the system and administer the Township's General Assistance program.

Application- Information from the applicant in regarding the assistance unit, income, assets, and other information to formula a decision on General Assistance eligibility.

Budgeting- List of Budget Computation Worksheets (BCW) by date for the current applicant/recipient.

Medical- Comprehensive list of all medical expenses associated with the current recipient.

Work Program- Details on the applicant/recipients work program and/or job training assignments.

Narratives- Comprehensive notes sections for each applicant/recipient. Users have the ability to filter the narratives to quickly find or print the information. The system has the ability to attach files to the narrative section to allow the township to store images, PDF's, or documents pertaining to current application.

Tasks- An Outlook style calendar for the current recipients scheduled appointments, Budget Computation Worksheets, etc. The calendar can be viewed by month, week, or daily.

Reports- List of reports available for the current recipient.

Event Log- Detail log of changes to the current applicants/recipients file. The log shows the date of change, the user that completed the changes, the type of change that was made, and the database that was changed. Users have the ability to filter the event log to quickly find or print information on the changes to the current applicant/recipient.
