What's New in VisualGA.net ?

Currently we are working on user requested enhancements to the VisualGA.net software. Below is a list of some of the enhancements.

• Work Program report to show sponsor(s) one timecard for all recipients.
• Work Program report (gantt chart) to show recipients assignments by month.
• Print Checks for Vendors from VisualGA.net software.
• Enter Budget amounts for GA and EA into system and generate budget reports by month or fiscal year.

Below is a list of completed enhancements to the VisualGA.net software.

• 2199 Grant Recoupment Report and letter to State of Illinois.
• Report module enhanced to save reports to XLS, PDF.
• GA and EA forms can be modified for each Township.
• Move application/recipient in different caseworker in GA and EA.
• Report module enhanced to sort ALL reports in system.
• Ability to remove the client name from ANY reports.
• New screen for entering multiple disbursements for each grant.
• Needs Based Budgeting and Reporting
• Fully supports Microsoft SQL 2005 and SQL 2005 Express.
• Added ability to manage Parole and Probation status for GA recipients.
• Added feature to identify recipient as registered sex offender.
• Work Program Sponsors can be setup to not accept sex offenders.
• Feature to add/edit all vendors and payees from main menu.
• Feature to add/edit all work program sponsors from main menu.
• Ability to manage multiple Townships General Assistance and Emergency Assistance from the VisualGA.net software.
• Medical referrer forms for doctor and hospital visit can be generated automatically from system.
• Emergency Assistance work flow changes to make the Notice of Decision and Disbursements easier to manage.
• Reports Module update with 25 additional reports.
